And it allows customers to initiate transactions and access banking services on their own via USSD codes. ADFinance customers enrolled on ADpush&pull can access it via *655# and also *182*4# (MTN MOMO code)

Key Features

Transfer of funds from bank account to mobile money account and vice versa

This feature allows clients to transfer funds seamlessly between their bank accounts and mobile money accounts. It enhances financial flexibility and accessibility, enabling clients to manage their finances conveniently.

Transaction status

This feature allows you to track the success and failure of transactions made via E-Wallet and USSD Momo. It helps Track transactions in real-time and categorize them as successful or failed. It Generates reports on failed transactions with error codes and descriptions and Notify clients immediately in case of a failed transaction and provide instructions for resolution.

SMS Notification

This feature ensures that clients receive confirmation messages for their transactions.it automatically sends SMS confirmations to clients upon the completion of push and pull transactions and monitor the delivery status of SMS messages to ensure they are received and if not delivered, it provides an option to resend confirmation SMS.

Balance check and Mini statement

This feature enables customers to inquire about the current balance in their bank account. It provides real-time information on how much money is available for transactions. And the mini statement provides a brief overview of the last 3 recent transactions in the account, allowing customers to monitor their account activity without accessing a full statement.

USSD User Management

This feature allows administrators to reset the passwords of clients who are blocked through a USSD interface. It goes through a verification Process to ensure that the password reset request is legitimate and Informs clients via SMS once their password has been reset successfully. It also allows them to change the language if needed.

Transfer of funds between two bank accounts

This feature enables customers to initiate and complete transactions where funds are transferred securely and electronically between two different bank accounts. It enhances flexibility in managing financial transactions without the need for physical cash or checks.
